By downloading or using Soma Weather, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Service Description

Soma Weather provides weather forecasts by aggregating data from multiple weather sources. While we strive for accuracy, weather forecasting is inherently uncertain. We provide confidence scores to help you understand forecast reliability.

Important Disclaimers

• Not for critical decisions: Do not rely on Soma Weather for life-critical decisions. For severe weather events, always consult official sources like the National Weather Service.
• Health indices: Our health indices (migraine risk, asthma, etc.) are informational only and not medical advice. Consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
• Accuracy: Weather forecasts are predictions. Actual conditions may vary.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Resell or redistribute our weather data
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions

Limitation of Liability

Soma Weather is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on our forecasts or health indices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
